By installing or using FireRed (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard EULA.
You agree not to use the App to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, infringes another person's rights, or violates Apple's App Store guidelines. You are solely responsible for the photos you submit and the prompts you write.
Each AI operation consumes one credit. Free credits are awarded on first use and via daily ad rewards (3 ads = 1 credit, max 3 ads per day). Additional credits can be bought via Apple In-App Purchases. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable except where required by law.
The App relies on a remote AI service. We strive for reliable uptime but make no guarantee. We may pause or terminate the service for maintenance, abuse, or any other reason.
You retain all rights to photos you upload and edit. You grant us a temporary right to process them solely for the purpose of returning the edited result. Generated outputs are yours to use, subject to applicable law.
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
