This Privacy Policy explains how NightCats (“the App”, “we”, “our”) handles information when you use our iOS and iPadOS game.
NightCats does not collect any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party SDKs. Your game progress stays on your device.
We do not collect, store or share any personal information. The App does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, location, microphone, camera, health data or any other personal data.
Your progress (coins, gems, stars, heroes, items, settings and similar game data) is saved only on your device using standard iOS storage. It is never sent to us. If you delete the App, this data is deleted too.
NightCats offers optional in-app purchases (gems, a Starter Pack and the Golden Lantern). All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details. The App checks Apple’s signed transaction information on your device only to deliver what you bought, and to restore the Golden Lantern with the “Restore Purchases” button in Settings.
NightCats shows no ads and does not track you across apps or websites. We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).
NightCats is a family-friendly game. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because no personal data leaves your device, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on a server.
